Ignition Casino Bitcoin withdrawal took 18 hours instead of usual 4-6 hours

Just processed a $850 Bitcoin withdrawal from Ignition Casino that took 18 hours to hit my wallet. Usually see 4-6 hours max on weekdays. Submitted Tuesday 2pm EST, approved around 3pm, but didn't receive until Wednesday 8am.

Anyone else seeing longer BTC withdrawal times this week? Wondering if they're having processing delays or if this was a one-off. My wallet address was correct and transaction eventually went through fine - just the timing was off from their normal speed.

I pulled $1200 BTC from Ignition on Monday and it was back to normal timing - about 5.5 hours total. Your 18-hour delay sounds unusual for them. They've been pretty consistent with sub-8 hour processing in my experience across multiple withdrawals this year.

Did you get any communication from their system about the delay? Sometimes if there's a manual review flag it can add 12+ hours to the process.

Ignition's been solid for me on Bitcoin withdrawals. Had one last Thursday that took about 6 hours which is their typical range.

18 hours does seem long - might be worth checking if your withdrawal amount triggered any additional verification steps. I know some casinos have manual review thresholds that can cause delays even for established players.

I've noticed Ignition sometimes has slower processing on Tuesdays specifically. Not sure why, but I've seen 10-12 hour Bitcoin withdrawals on Tuesdays that would normally take 5-6 hours on other days.

Might be their internal processing schedule or higher volume that day. If it becomes a pattern I'd contact support, but one 18-hour delay isn't necessarily cause for concern if the funds arrived safely.

Could be related to Bitcoin network congestion too. When the mempool gets backed up, even casinos that process quickly on their end can see delays in actual blockchain confirmation.

Ignition usually handles this well by using appropriate fee rates, but sometimes network conditions can still cause unexpected delays. Worth checking blockchain explorers to see if the transaction was broadcast promptly or if it sat in their queue longer than usual.

Hi Mark - we experienced some technical delays with our Bitcoin processing system on Tuesday afternoon that affected withdrawals submitted between 2-4pm EST. This caused longer than normal processing times for several transactions.

The issue was resolved by Tuesday evening and processing times have returned to our standard 4-8 hour range. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we addressed the technical issue.
