Litecoin withdrawals at Cafe Casino taking 8+ days - processing time changed

Question

Submitted a $800 Litecoin withdrawal from Cafe Casino on November 15th and still waiting. Their site claims 1-3 business days for crypto but I'm now at 8 days with no movement beyond "processing."

Anyone else seeing extended LTC withdrawal times there recently? My previous withdrawals in September took 2-3 days max. Wondering if they changed processors or if this is temporary network congestion on their end.

Already contacted support twice - first response said "reviewing" and second was generic copy-paste about processing times.

8 days is excessive even for their standards. I've been using Cafe Casino for 2 years and never seen Litecoin withdrawals take longer than 5 business days, even during their busiest periods.

Have you verified your account recently? Sometimes they flag accounts for additional review without clear notification. Check if there are any pending document requests in your account dashboard.

Had similar experience with Cafe Casino last month but with Bitcoin. Took 6 days when it usually processes in 2-3. Support kept giving me the runaround about "high volume" but other casinos were processing normally.

Might be worth switching to a different crypto for next time. My BetOnline withdrawals in BTC still hit within 48 hours consistently.

This might explain why I've been avoiding Cafe Casino lately. Their Bitcoin withdrawals were getting slower too - last one took 5 days in October.

Wild Casino has been much more reliable for me. LTC withdrawals there process in 1-2 days consistently, and their $25 minimum is reasonable. Might be time to switch primary casinos if Cafe Casino can't get their act together.

Check your withdrawal history to see if there's a pattern. Sometimes casinos implement additional security delays for larger amounts or after bonus play.

$800 shouldn't trigger any special review though. I'd escalate to their VIP support if you have that status, or threaten to file a complaint here. That usually gets faster responses than regular support tickets.

**Update:** Vegas_native was right about the verification check. Found a buried notification requesting updated ID verification that I missed. Submitted documents yesterday and withdrawal approved this morning.

Still frustrating they don't send email notifications for these requests. Would have saved a week of waiting if I'd caught it earlier. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
